Common Terms and Conditions

1. Schedule: 6^th March 2024 to 5^th March 2025.
2. The current Global Network Promotion of Pragmatic Play includes three promo series:
• Drops & Wins 2024 Total prize pool: 25,480,000 €/$.
• Crash & Win Total prize pool: 1,274,000 €/$.
• Mega Wheel Madness Total prize pool: 4,160,000 €/$.
3. The random daily prize drop rules and prize tables are built in the participating games. The prize table updates in real time.
4. The prize pools are shared across the network of operators who opt in for this Global Network Promotion. Prizes are paid out per the ‘Prizes’ tab found in each of the participating games.
5. Any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific event shall be carried forward into subsequent stages or the next Network Promotion.
6. The payment of cash prizes is not conditioned on any wagering requirements.
7. Prizes/wins may be subjected to any verification processes as may be required by Pragmatic Play.
8. Any players located in Italy, Denmark, Lithuania, Sweden, and Portugal are excluded from participating in the Global Network Promotion.
9. The terms & conditions are translated into various languages but reflect the same principles. In case of any discrepancies between the different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
10. Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Global Network Promotion, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.

Common Rules of Participation

1. There are two types of promos: tournaments and daily prize drops.
2. To participate, the player must opt in by making at least one real money spin/bet in any of the participating games. The minimum bet in any of the available currencies is required.
3. Each Qualifying Bet may trigger one prize drop during each prize drop promotion. The player may win multiple prize drops.
4. When participating in a tournament, the player is being placed on the leaderboard based on the total amount of points accumulated on any participating game as the total of all wins multiplier to their bet amount during a tournament period. The prizes are distributed to players based on the final score shown on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each tournament (which defines the player’s ranking).
5. A Qualifying Bet renders the player eligible for both tournaments and prize drops simultaneously.
6. All spins with any real money bet on the participating game(s) considered as a Qualifying Bet and take part in Daily Prize Drops.
7. All spins placed before the maximum amount of bets is reached and satisfy the required minimum bet or the equivalent amount in the available currencies on the participating game(s) are eligible in the tournaments.

Drops & Wins 2024

1. Total prize pool: 25,480,000 €/$.
2. The Network Promotion prizes may be won by players in the form of a fixed cash amount, multiplier amount, Instant Bonus and/or FS.
3. If the winning spin exceeds 1 €/$, the prize will be paid out based on a bet of 1 €/$ or the equivalent amount in the available currencies X multiplier received.
4. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, FS Bonus prizes and/or Instant Bonus prizes won during a Daily Prize Drop are excluded from multiplier prize mechanics.
5. Instant bonuses may be awarded to the player for the selected participating game* for the same bet as the winning bet.
6. If the bet amount in the FS Bonus and or Instant Bonus winning spin exceeds 1 €/$ or the equivalent amount in the available currencies, the FS Bonus and/or Instant Bonus will be paid out based on a bet of 1 €/$ or the equivalent amount in the available currencies.
7. If the participating game does not have 1 €/$ bet available, the FS Bonus and/or Instant Bonus will be paid out on the next available higher bet in the participating game.
8. The FS Bonus and/or Instant Bonus prizes are valid for seven days from the time they have been awarded.
9. Pragmatic Play reserves the right to select and change the game where the Instant Bonus prizes will be awarded to players every four weeks at its sole discretion.

14. The Daily Prize Drop ends daily at the earlier of 18:59 CEST/CET or when there are no more prizes left.
15. The expected weekly prize pool is 210,000 €/$ in total. An expected daily prize pool is 30,000 €/$ divided into 6,500 prizes:

Drops & Wins2024 Daily Tournaments

1. The Network Promotion includes 364 Daily Tournaments.
2. Qualifying bet: For players to be eligible to participate in a Daily Tournament, a real money minimum bet of 0.05* €/$, $0.05 or the equivalent amount to 0.04 €/$)* in the available currency on the participating game(s) is required.
3. Exceptions may apply to South Africa, Lesotho, and Eswatini, where the minimum bet requirement is the equivalent of 0.02 €/$. In Brazil and Colombia, the minimum bet requirement is the equivalent of 0.03 €/$.
4. Only the first 5,000 Qualifying Bets per day within each Daily Tournament will be eligible and counted towards each Promotion. All Qualifying Bets placed after reaching this limit will not be counted.
5. Players will be awarded points based on the sum of their win multipliers to the bet amount.
6. Expected weekly prize pool is 280,000 €/$ in total, an expected daily prize pool is 40,000 €/$ divided into 3,500 cash prizes:
   • 1. 5,000 €/$;
   • 2. 2,500 €/$;
   • 3. 1,000 $/€;
   • 4–5. 500 €/$;
   • 6–20.20 €/$0;
   • 21–40. 100 €/$;
   • 41–150. 50 €/$;
   • 151–300.20 €/$;
   • 301–500. 10 €/$;
   • 501–3500. 5 €/$.

Mega Wheel Madness Terms and Conditions

1. Participating Game: Mega Wheel.
2. Total prize pool: 4,160,000 €/$.
3. The Network Promotion includes 312 Mega Wheel Prize Drops, and 52 Friday Mega Tournaments, where each promotional week includes a total of six daily prize drops and one one-day-long tournament dedicated to Mega Wheel game.
4. Only the first 350 Qualifying Bets per day within each Promotion will be counted as eligible for each Promotion. All Qualifying Bets placed after reaching the Qualifying Bets Limit are not counted.

Friday Mega Tournaments

1. Mega Tournament runs every Friday at 19:01 CEST/CET to the following Saturday at 18:59 CEST/CET.
2. Qualifying bet. To be eligible to participate in a tournament, the player is required to place a real money bet with a minimum of 0.20* €/$ or the equivalent amount in the available currency on the participating game(s).
3. Exceptions may apply to Argentina, where the minimum bet requirement is the equivalent of 0.18 €/$.
4. Players are awarded points in Friday Mega Tournaments based on the sum of their win multipliers to the bet amount. Expected prize pool is 50,000 €/$ divided into 5,000 prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts:
   • 1. 10,000 €/$
   • 2. 5,000 €/$
   • 3. 1,000 $/€
   • 4. 500 €/$
   • 5-14. 100 €/$

Mega Wheel Prize Drop

1. Every Mega Wheel Prize Drop will run from every Wednesday at 19:01 CEST/CET to the next Wednesday at 18:59 CEST/CET, except every Friday during the Friday Mega Tournament.
2. The expected weekly prize pool of Mega Wheel Prize Drops is 30,000 €/$ in total. The expected daily prize pool is 5,000 €/$ divided into 500 prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts:
   • 1,000 €/$ x1;
   • 500 €/$ x1;
   • 100 €/$ x1;
   • 50 €/$ x2;
   • 20 €/$ x35;
   • 10 €/$ x60;
   • 5 €/$ x400.

Crash & Win Terms and Conditions

1. Participating Games: Spaceman; Big Bass Crash.
2. The Network Promotion includes 364 Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop. The total expected prize pool is 1,274,000 €/$.
3. Qualifying Bet. In order to be eligible to participate in a Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop, the player is required to place a real money bet with a minimum of 0.15* €/$ or the equivalent amount in the available currency on the participating game(s) is required.
4. Exceptions may apply to the territory of Argentina where the minimum bet is the equivalent of 0.18 €/$, and South Africa, Lesotho, and Eswatini, where the minimum bet requirement is the equivalent of 0.05 €/$.
5. Only the first 800 Qualifying Bets per day within each Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop will be counted towards as eligible for each promotion. All Qualifying Bets placed after reaching this limit will not be counted.
6. The Daily Prize Drop will end daily at 18:59 CEST/CET or when there are no more prizes left.
7. Expected weekly prize pool of 25,000 €/$ in total and expected daily prize pool of 3,500 €/$ across 300 prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts:
